Core Advantage

  • Multiple structural types: Two-piece, three-piece, double eccentric hemisphere, low-temperature, and jacketed designs for various process needs
  • Reliable sealing: Self-tightening pressure seal, bubble-tight sealing; soft sealing (PTFE/PEEK) or metal hard sealing options
  • Wide temperature and pressure range: Temperature from -196°C to +600°C, pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500
  • Online maintenance: Three-piece structure allows seat and ball replacement without pipeline disassembly, reducing downtime
  • Low wear, long service life: 90° quick opening/closing; double eccentric design reduces friction; self-cleaning available on select models
  • Rich material selection: Stainless steel (304/316L), carbon steel (WCB), alloy steel, nickel-based alloys
  • Flexible actuation: Manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, with ISO 5211 mounting interface support
  • Safety features: Blowout-proof stem, anti-static device, fire-safe design (API 607)

Application

Used in piping systems requiring fast shut-off or frequent operation, such as oil and gas transmission, chemical reactor feed/discharge, and LNG low-temperature lines. Also suitable for high-viscosity media (e.g., asphalt, molten sulfur) or jacketed heating applications, as well as high-pressure steam and high-temperature thermal oil systems
