BOP Control System (Surface)

It serves as the core control unit for surface BOP stacks, remotely driving the opening and closing of annular BOPs, ram BOPs, and hydraulic valves via high-pressure hydraulic fluid. System Configuration

Remote Control Unit (HPU): Integrates the accumulator bank, hydraulic pump sets (dual electric/pneumatic power), oil reservoir, and control manifold.
Driller’s Control Panel: Located on the drill floor, allowing real-time operation of the remote unit via pneumatic or electrical signals.
Auxiliary Control Panel (Optional): Provides additional monitoring and control nodes for complex operations.
