Globe Valve

Globe valve series covers American standard bellows seal, angle type, oxygen service, plunger type, and cryogenic extended stem structures, suitable for applications ranging from general industrial to harsh conditions such as oil & gas, chemical, power generation, and LNG. Body materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, brass, and more. Sealing options include metal-to-metal or soft sealing (PTFE, etc.), meeting various pressure, temperature, and media requirements. Products comply with API, ASME, ANSI and other international standards.

Core Advantage

  • Multiple structure types: American standard bellows seal (fugitive emission zero), angle type (90° flow direction – eliminates elbows), plunger type (precise throttling), oxygen service / cryogenic extended stem (freeze prevention, fire prevention)
  • Fugitive emission zero sealing: Bellows type achieves dynamic stem sealing, eliminating volatile emissions – suitable for toxic, hazardous, and high-value media
  • High pressure & high temperature resistance: Pressure up to Class 2500 (~4500 psi), temperature up to 650°C; cryogenic version down to -196°C
  • Angle type low resistance: 90° body structure eliminates need for elbows – smooth flow path, less turbulence, lower pressure loss
  • Excellent throttling performance: Linear disc movement + precision ground seat – enables accurate flow regulation and shut-off
  • Oxygen service safety: Degreased treatment + fire-resistant materials – avoids combustion risk in high-pressure pure oxygen environments
  • Freeze-proof design: Extended stem isolates cryogenic media from packing – prevents packing freezing, handwheel/actuator remains at ambient temperature
  • Easy operation: Manual (handwheel/lever), electric, pneumatic, hydraulic options available – supports on-site adjustment and remote automated control

Application

Used for precise regulation and shut-off of corrosive or high-pressure media in oil & gas upstream/downstream operations, refineries, and chemical plants. In LNG terminals and air separation units, cryogenic extended stem globe valves safely control liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon. Bellows seal globe valves are suitable for fugitive emission zero applications involving toxic, hazardous, or high-value media, such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and nuclear power systems. Angle type globe valves save space and reduce elbow requirements, making them ideal for boiler feedwater, steam systems, and marine piping.
