The CDI-CTB Series Containerized Pressure Testing Skid is an integrated platform designed for testing well control equipment, Christmas trees, high-pressure manifolds, and valves. The system integrates high-pressure pump units, precision valve manifolds, automated control centers, and video surveillance within a standard 10ft or 20ft container. Via remote operation, operators can manage the entire process—pressurization, pressure holding, relief, and data recording—from a safe control room, fundamentally addressing safety risks and data integrity in high-pressure operations.

In-depth Safety Architecture

The core safety philosophy of our system is “Zonal Risk Isolation.” The interior of the container is divided into two independent zones by a heavy-duty steel blast-proof partition:

  • Control Zone (Safe Area): Equipped with a piano-style console and industrial HVAC, allowing operators to command remotely in a climate-controlled, soundproof environment.
  • Test Zone (High-Pressure Area): Houses the high-pressure piping and test objects. It features Pressure Relief Windows designed to vent energy directionally in case of catastrophic failure, preserving the container’s integrity.
  • Visual Assurance: The partition features multi-layer bulletproof and impact-resistant observation windows, combined with an explosion-proof video monitoring system for “physical isolation without visual obstruction.”
  • Safety Interlock Logic: The system integrates Safety Door Interlock Logic—the high-pressure pumps cannot be activated unless the chamber doors are fully closed and safety locks are engaged, eliminating human error at the source.

Intelligent Control & Data Integrity

  • Automated Testing Logic: PLC-based automation allows users to simply set “Target Pressure, Holding Time, and Alarm Thresholds.” The system then executes the full “Pressurize-Hold-Vent” sequence automatically.
  • Precision Performance: Strictly adheres to national standards (JB/T12013-2014). For high-pressure conditions (>100MPa), the pressure drop is controlled within ≤0.7MPa over 30 minutes (based on rigid piping/steel vessel connections).
  • Automated Reporting: Generates digital reports including serial numbers, pressure curves, and pass/fail results upon completion. Supports A4 printing and cloud storage to meet API quality traceability requirements.

  • 40ft Extended Capacity: For large BOP stacks or long manifolds, we offer 40ft High-Cube container solutions, providing ample internal space for forklift access and heavy lifting.
  • Extreme Environment Protection: Features high-performance thermal insulation (Rock wool/Polyurethane) and explosion-proof HVAC systems, ensuring stable operation of sensitive electronics in environments ranging from -40°C to +55°C.
  • Lifting & Logistics: Designed with eight ISO-standard corner casting points, supporting sea freight, road transport, and direct crane lifting for efficient mobilization.
