HEXASTART spring starters have been successfully matched and fitted to various multi-cylinder diesel engines, including Cummins, Weichai, Yuchai, Shangchai, Wudong, CAT, Beijing Internal Combustion Engine (BICE), Huabei Diesel Engine, Hebei Diesel Engine, and VOLVO. The spring starters can start diesel engines with displacements up to 50L.

How It Works:

The spring starter stores energy via a manual winding crank that compresses internal high-stress disc springs. Once fully charged, pulling the trip lever releases the stored mechanical energy directly into the engine flywheel ring gear, instantly cranking the engine to start.
